We accept payment via the secure PayPal site along with email orders. Simply email email@example.com to obtain an order form.
Please be aware:
- All prices are quoted in AUS dollars
- By clicking "Buy Now", you will be taken to the secure PayPal site. It is here you can review your order, make any necessary amendments and complete payment and delivery options
- If you require any more than 5 individual products you can contact us and we'll organise a courier for your delivery.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Please choose carefully because I AM INFUSION® does not normally refund if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision.
First of all, we are sorry that you have received a faulty product. We take pride in the superior quality of our products and hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. Your satisfaction is our highest concern.
If on the rare occasion the product you ordered is faulty, please contact us. You will need to post it back with the invoice and details of the fault within 7 days from the date of delivery. If it is deemed faulty by the I AM INFUSION® QC department you will be eligible for a refund for the full amount of the product including all postage charges.
If you wish to return, the product must be unused and the packaging in a sealable new condition via post within 7 working days of the delivery date.
Please contact us at the following email address firstname.lastname@example.org to notify
us of your return and reason. At this time, also quote your invoice number and date.
Due to the select nature of our product, we cannot guarantee the availability of
merchandise for exchange.

Exchanges or returns will only be processed within the required 10-day period from
date of delivery. No refunds given on sale items, only exchanges accepted.
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty or damaged please contact
us within the 7-day period and we will organise a replacement for you. If a replacement is unavailable you may choose another suitable item. If an item is faulty and there is no suitable replacement you may be refunded.
We do not refund initial postage charges for goods returned (other than for faulty
items). Items we exchange for you will be resent at our cost. Your own return postage
costs are not refundable.
Returning Goods: Please enclose you receipt with your item. Once the items have
been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either
receive your new items (for exchanges), or refund on the cost at purchase (excluding
original shipping cost) directly to the credit card used for the purchase. You will
receive email notification of this. Return postage costs are your responsibility
What if my package does not arrive?
If your package is taking longer than you expect, please email us straight away at
email@example.com and we will endeavour to track down your package for you.
Your order can be tracked by a tracking number which we will email to you with a contact number in the event you get concerned with your delivery.
If we are unable able to meet our estimated delivery date we will inform you. We shall not be liable for any losses or liabilities incurred for a delayed delivery time.
We recommend customers provide a safe and secure delivery address like your place of employment as we are not responsible for stolen parcels or uncollected parcels.
